- Members must be Mill Creek Animal Hospital's patients and have had a Weight Loss & Fitness consultation with a veterinarian in the last 12 months.
- Weight Loss and Fitness Consultations cost $16 OR are included with your pet's annual exam. Follow-up Weight Loss & Fitness Consultations are complimentary and are with a Veterinarian or an AHT.
- Pet Weight Loss & Fitness Club members will have their photos posted on the website with a brief biography. When your pet hits their target weight an "after" photo will be posted alongside the "before" photo, along with your success story. Each month our webmaster will update your pet's weight, measurements and progress report to help encourage other owners with overweight pets to join our fight against pet obesity.
